Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will result in the retainer/full amount being reduced to 50% less than the original amount that was paid unless it is more than 24 hours in advance. Reschedules are no charge and the retainer will still hold for a different day and time provided they are done within 24 hours in advance of original shoot day/time. After 24 hour cancellation window, your retainer is considered non-refundable. Please notify me of any changes within the appropriate time frame. We cannot control weather so there will be no penalties if there is inclement weather.

Invoice Terms

Payment is due 24 hours after session is completed. Digital link to files will not be sent until payment is received.

Retainer Policy

As the client, it’s important to know the specific date and time for a photoshoot. To ensure I don’t waste my time and still receive some sort of payment, I require a portion of the total be paid upfront online. The rest of the payment is either due in person/online or you can pay the full amount online. My non-refundable retainer is 50% of the total session price. See cancellation policy for more info about what happens to retainer if you decide to cancel or reschedule. Inclement weather will result in a refund unless the photoshoot is rescheduled.

Travel Fees

The travel fee is dependent on the distance of the photoshoot location from my house. My travel fees start at $15.

Reminder

If you choose to post photos online that I have taken, please do not add filters or alter the images in any way. It disrupts the integrity of my work, not to mention, I spend a lot of time editing them for you. When you save images to your phone, it compresses the image and lowers the quality. If you would like something fixed or changed, please just let me know! Thank you!

Also, if you are trying to send your images to be printed, the program that I use for your digital gallery- allows you to print. I also use another printing service and you can let me know if you would like to directly order prints for you!

  • I offer any sort of portrait session. I do events, newborn sessions, maternity shoots, engagement shoots, and I plan on adding more in the future.

  • While cash is always lovely, Venmo is the only other service I use. Payments can also be processed online using your credit or debit card.

  • I started my business in September 2022. I’ve had a digital camera for over two years. I used my insane interest in photography and turned it into a passion that I call my business.

  • You will receive a free digital link where you will find your images and you will be able to download them and print them if you want!

  • It all depends. A lot of factors go into pricing. My website has all of my prices and you can message me through the contact form or email me with any questions.

  • It’s partially up to you! I offer a range of options as far as timing goes. If you want a really short session (under 30 minutes) then I would recommend choosing a mini session. Those take roughly 15 minutes, but you will get less photos. Other sessions start at 30 minutes, and can last up to two hours. Each session usually includes a few breaks if need be, but choose what you think is best. Again, I’m always here to help if you are unsure.

  • Yes! I keep them on an SD card. Now if something ever happened to that then unfortunately, those photos would no longer be available. It’s important to note that once I deliver a clients photos, I am no longer responsible for them once my 7 day window has passed. I also never remove a clients album from my online service so everything should always be there for you to view as far as I’m concerned!

  • I would say yes and no. The location would need to be no more than an hour or so away. I am a photographer for Adams Run, Charleston, Meggett, Hollywood, Edisto, Walterboro and Summerville. I do service Mount Pleasant, but it’s just about an hour away from me… I normally won’t charge extra for that trip, it just depends on what kind of photoshoot I’m doing.

    If a location is 30 miles away, my travel fee is an additional $25 to cover gas expenses.
